Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to creators, team members, customers, and visitors.
We use personal information to operate accounts, process payments, automate community access, prevent abuse, and support users. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
01Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy applies to the VIPSubscribePro website, creator dashboard, Telegram bots and mini apps, checkout, communications, and related services (together, the “Service”). VIPSubscribePro is operated by Crudocean LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Crudville, a company registered in Ghana, supports specified Ghana and regional payment-processing activities. In this Policy, “VIPSubscribePro”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Crudocean LLC and, where it handles your transaction or information, Crudville.
For account, platform, fraud-prevention, payment-facilitation, and service analytics data, VIPSubscribePro determines why and how information is processed. When we handle a customer’s information solely to provide tools for a creator, the creator may also be an independent data controller or VIPSubscribePro’s controller, depending on the activity and applicable law. Each creator is responsible for its offer, community, communications, and its own privacy notice. A creator’s checkout policies supplement, but do not replace, this Policy.
02Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and identity details: name, email address, username, password hash, business or brand details, country, time zone, role, and verification status.
- Creator and payout details: product and pricing information, payout method, bank, mobile-money or wallet details, tax or compliance information requested by us or a payment provider, balances, payout requests, and related records.
- Customer and transaction details: email address, selected offer, amount, currency, discount, transaction reference, payment status, refund or dispute information, policy-acceptance time, and access period.
- Manual-payment evidence: payment receipt images and any information visible in them. Creators should request only what is necessary, and customers should redact unrelated balances or transactions where possible.
- Content and communications: policies, FAQs, broadcasts, feedback, support requests, and other material submitted through the Service.
- Security information: passkeys, two-factor authentication configuration and recovery data, account-security events, and information used to verify sensitive changes.
Information collected from your use or from others
- Telegram data: Telegram user ID, first and last name, username, authentication time, bot or channel identifiers, join-request and membership status, and interaction data needed to authenticate users and manage access. We do not receive your Telegram password or private conversations.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages or features used, timestamps, referral information, session identifiers, logs, error reports, and security signals.
- Provider data: payment confirmation, account identifiers, fees, settlement and transfer status, fraud signals, chargebacks, refunds, and compliance results from payment and infrastructure providers.
Payment-card numbers and similar credentials are ordinarily collected directly by the selected payment provider and are subject to that provider’s privacy terms. We may receive a token, masked details, or transaction metadata instead.
03How we use information
- provide, personalise, maintain, and improve the Service;
- create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and manage permissions;
- initiate and reconcile payments, calculate fees and balances, process payouts, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks, and maintain financial records;
- grant, monitor, remind about, and revoke access to Telegram communities or digital offers;
- deliver transactional email, bot messages, creator broadcasts, support, and service notices;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations; and
- analyse aggregate performance and develop new features.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, consent where requested, and the establishment or defence of legal claims.
05International processing
VIPSubscribePro and its providers may process information in the United States, Ghana, and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Information may move between Crudocean LLC, Crudville, creators, and providers where necessary to complete a transaction or operate the Service. Where required, we use contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism and take reasonable steps to require appropriate security.
06Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes described here. Retention depends on the type of record and may include:
- account and creator content for the life of the account and a reasonable period after closure;
- transaction, payout, tax, dispute, consent, and fraud-prevention records for the period required by financial, accounting, legal, and payment-network obligations;
- security and technical logs for a shorter operational period unless needed to investigate an incident; and
- manual receipts until review and for a limited period afterward where needed for fraud, disputes, or legal compliance.
We may retain de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify a person. Deletion from backups may occur on a delayed cycle.
07Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption for selected credentials and sensitive fields, secure authentication options, logging, and restricted receipt access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials confidential, enable two-factor authentication where available, and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
08Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information; request a portable copy; withdraw consent; or complain to a supervisory authority. Ghanaian data subjects have rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), subject to its conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, email privacy@vipsubscribepro.com. We may verify your identity and may need to retain certain records where law or legitimate fraud, security, payment, or legal-claims needs require it. Customers may also need to contact the relevant creator about information that creator controls.
You can manage creator email preferences in the dashboard. Customers may opt out of promotional creator communications using the method provided in the message or by contacting the creator. Operational payment, access, security, and legal notices are not promotional and may still be sent.
10Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and creators may not open an account if they are under 18. We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal information without legally valid authorisation. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
11Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where a change is material, provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.
Questions, complaints, and privacy requests concerning either Crudocean LLC or Crudville may be sent to privacy@vipsubscribepro.com. You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana, a competent United States authority, or the data-protection authority where you live.
